What is your Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and try work with you.
In general our policy is as follows:
- 100% Refund minus $25 fee if cancelled 30 days prior to your scheduled visit
- 50% Refund minus $25 fee if cancelled 14 days prior to your schedule visit
- No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to your scheduled visit.
- Travel Insurance is highly recommended

Check-in is at 4pm
Check-out is 11am
Do you have WIFI?
No. Most visitors come to enjoy the open spaces, ride the trails, enjoy the warmth of campfire, and take in the stary nights.
It’s a time to disconnect from lifes daily demands.
Do you have Cable TV?
A TV is provided but local channels only.
Is Smoking Allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the motel rooms or cabins.

Welcome to Arbutus Cabin & Motel — a small, family-run place we’re proud to call home. For over 25 years, we’ve welcomed guests with clean, comfortable cabins and a relaxed, down-to-earth atmosphere. We don’t post our rates online, and that’s on purpose — many visitors tell us they’re pleasantly surprised when they call to book. For rates and availability, please call 715-333-6016.
This is our home, and we ask guests to help us take care of it. For everyone’s comfort:

- Guests are also responsible for any damages during their stay.
- Be respectful during quiet hours
